Where She Leads [framed]

Where She Leads is an original textured painting inspired by the bond between a mother and her young, set within a warm and peaceful Nordic landscape.

About the work:

Where She Leads is an original textured painting, set within a Nordic landscape, a mother mallard leads her ducklings through the still water. Their small figures form a gentle point of focus within the expansive surroundings, bringing a quiet sense of movement.

Layered in soft ochre, muted green, pale blue and warm earthy tones, the painting moves from misty water and slender trees into a richly textured foreground. The light wood frame, finished with white hardwax oil, complements the warm palette and gives the artwork a calm, natural presence in the room. A one-of-a-kind painting.
